from AYU Academy (Kerala
Ayurveda), and has advanced
courses in Women's Health,
Herbology and Panchakarma,
studied in India. Her passions are
nutritional therapies, Ayurvedic
cooking, marma,aromatherapy,
and using food as medicine.
Led by local Ayurvedic experts, this 4-session series will guide you through an
Ayurvedic home-cleanse.  By learning principles & recipes, you can repeat this
seasonally as is recommended by Ayurveda. The group setting provides a supportive
