Essential Oils for your Dosha
Vata: Jatamamsi (spikenard-valerian), Nutmeg, Rose, Geranium,
Orange, Sandalwood, Chamomile, Neroli, Ylang, Ylang, Amber, Vanilla.

Pitta:  Jasmine, Rose, Geranium, Corriander, Rosewood, Spearmint,
Sandalwood, Vanilla, Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Fennel, Lemongrass

Kapha: Ginger, Frankincense, Tulsi, Black pepper, Camphor,
Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Clove, Hina, Cedar, Rose, Sage, Juniper,
Jasmine, Sandalwood

Blending Instructions and Examples
In an 8 oz. bottle you will want to put approximately 20 drops of
essential  oil, and try to blend no more than 3 essential oils.  Keeping
this simple will help make nice smelling blends, until you  are more
experienced.
Examples:
Vata– 8 oz of sesame oil add 10 drops of Geranium, 10 drops of
Orange
Pitta— 4 oz coconut oil with 4 oz sunflower oil 5 drops spearmint, 10
rosewood, 5 lavender
Kapha—6 oz sesame with 2 oz mustard (mustard is strong smelling)
with  10 drops Rosemary and 10 drops Tulsi.
